From the CCA Home Page click on the Registration to register or from eFile Home Pageclick NEXT, click "I Agree" to accept eFile Terms & Conditions, Select New Account Registration.
The following screen appears:
answer all of the questions below and then select Next.

Complete the Appropriate Fields.
Review & Confirm the information entered is correct. Check the box and click the REGISTER button.
